Why I Built KPIZone
For twenty years, I built products and revenue engines for B2B companies. The pattern was always the same: good metrics, hard-working teams, and everyone pulling in different directions
Marketing celebrated MQLs. Sales complained about lead quality. Product couldn't explain what drove activation. Customer Success couldn't predict churn.
Everyone had dashboards. Nobody had alignment.
I saw where revenue died: not in the product, not in the market. It died in the gaps between teams. Misaligned metrics. Competing priorities. No shared language.

So I started building alignment frameworks and GTM strategies that gave teams shared KPIs and a common language.
The results: better decisions, faster execution, revenue that stopped leaking through the cracks.
